Refurbishment of the old Hyatt Hotel to become the InterContinental Perth on Hay Street. Consisting of 240 rooms, executive function space, gym and restaurants over 18 floors.

Chuditch completed installation and supply of custom design parquetry Timber flooring to front of house areas and Presidential Suite.
